- inquiry about other needs
- use of their name
- asking for their account number
- thanking them for their business.

And it sounds like this;
"To confirm Mr. Claus, our technician will be at your home Tuesday, Jan 12 between 9am and 12. Is there anything else I can do for you today? (wait for reply). Thank you for choosing Awesome Co. Have a Happy Holiday Season."
