Have everyone roll their chairs into a circle. Raise both arms to the ceiling and stretch up.
- Leave one arm outstretched and bend the other bringing it down to face level.
- Push the arm back towards the ceiling and repeat with the other arm.
- Repeat 20 times in quick succession.
