Leading Effective Meetings gives participants the tools and skills necessary to lead more effective meetings. Participants explore the characteristics of effective meetings, how to ensure focus in a meeting, and how to stimulate discussion and handle challenges in a way that promotes teamwork and demonstrates leadership.
Objectives:
After attending Leading Effective Meetings, participants will be able to:
Reduce time spent in unproductive meetings;
Develop and adhere to a meeting agenda;
Handle disruptive participants;
Ensure that all attendees participate and that their input is taken into consideration;
