Teambuilding with Style is a workshop designed to help intact teams work more productivelyThe best way to improve teamwork and leadership is to ensure intent matches effect as closely as possible and that co-workers feel heard and understood. This can be accomplished by focusing on communication.

DiSC is a well-known tool that helps individuals understand their communication style in a quick and easy way and allows them to identify the style of others, so they can flex for improved interactions.We use Tuckman’s stages of team development and the DiSC communications tool as the framework for this highly interactive workshop that builds self-awareness, sets the stage for open dialogue, and provides the opportunity to define roles and responsibilities.

Objectives:
