Try this: When you talk to a team member today, look them in the eye. I know it's tempting to look at your computer, glance around the office or peek at your phone but resist. Prove you are listening with focused eye contact.
Eye contact leads to feeling valued, feeling valued leads to engagement, engagement leads to improved productivity. And who doesn't want improved productivity?
